Push Severe Weather Notifications (U.S. only)

New Feature – Receive severe weather alerts from the National Weather Service (NWS) utilizing Apple’s push notification service. When you add a city, you have “armed” that city to receive push notifications from the NWS for select watches, warnings and advisories available for that city. When a new alert is sent, a noise, number and text box will appear on the home screen notifying you of the new severe weather alert.

View current conditions and a seven day forecast for over 10,000 U.S. cities and thousands of international locations. Using MyWeather Mobile's location-based technology, your weather is instantly updated anywhere in the world. Touch the arrow next to your location to view detailed current conditions.

Detailed Current Conditions

Click on the arrow next to your city to view expanded current conditions, including reporting station name, lat/long of your current location, heat index/wind chill, dew point, humidity, precipitation amount, pressure (mb or inches), and wind speed/direction. New feature –customize MyWeather by touching the icon in the expanded Current Conditions screen of MyWeather to open a new window for ‘Save my location’. This will add your customized location to the current conditions list.

Trend Graphs

View a graphical trend for temperature, precipitation and wind speed/direction for each hour of the 12-hour (vertical view) and 36-hour (horizontal view) forecast period. The temperature graph displays forecasted temp and dew point for each hour of the forecast period. The precipitation graph displays both liquid and frozen precipitation as well as total precip for each hour of the forecast period. The wind graph displays both wind speed and wind direction for each hour of the forecast period. Scroll through the hourly forecast with the track ball to see hour by hour information!

Interactive Radar

Pinpoint your exact location using our radar map and zoom in right down to the most accurate and impactful view of your weather. Use the heads up display to control terrain settings (road or aerial), overlay (radar or satellite), radar opacity, and radar loop play/pause. Using Microsoft Bing and the iPhone’s location-aware technology you can pan, scroll and zoom to view any key points of interest including golf courses, schools, stadiums and more.

Preferences Page

Easily customize your settings while on the go! You can add or delete cities, reorder your list, add names from your iPhone's contact list, choose Celsius or Fahrenheit and choose pressure display settings (millibars or inches). Just touch the icon on any view to access your Preferences page.
